Jen has recently began her own Training Academy and has already trained some very talented Aesthetic practitioners who continue to practice in the industry today.

Can i use sunbeds after my treatment?Filler - two weeks after having any dermal fillers or lip filler treatment. This is simply a precaution for avoiding any potential swelling – it would not affect your treatment results. Anti wrinkle - Not immediately afterward, no. First and foremost, doctors recommend that you don't even lie down for at least four hours after your injections, as this ensures that the Botox shifts as minimally as possible. Once you've cleared that four hour horizontal hurdle, then you should wait at least another 24 to 48 hours before going for any sunbeds.
